I KNOW it's been SOOOOOOOOOOOOO LONG! Sorry to keep you all waiting. Lol... nonexistent people waiting. Well, Cuckoo's nest was amazing. We're actually doing it again... BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! I'm so excited because I can say it ran for two years, haha. I set my audition date for UCLA and I picked my songs and I'm pretty sure I have my monologues chosen. I will NOT disclose my material just to make you wonder. I will soon enough... after my audition, the 21st. I'll have to tell you how that goes.
What's new? Hm, well I was drafted to join the Chamber Singers... not drafted, but that's what it felt like. I like them all, but my first practice was last night. Very nerve-racking. My favorite person in the group is Barb. She's so hilarious. I was so lost... I haven't looked at sheet music in sooo long. I found myself not knowing where the female/male lines are and of course getting lost in the intense harmony. This shall be an experience.
Reina and I... construe that as you like... have written 9 pages typed of our play so far. It's something I'm very proud of. Eesh, just remembered I have a MT meeting today. Our first trial's on the 5th!!!!
I just finished editing the final draft of my research paper, yay. Finally done with that. My group needs to do the Whitehead video ASAP. And... yeah... hm... What else?
Yesterday was a freaking horrible day. I did less well than I thought on my Whitehead quiz... and let me explain! I OVER-ANALYZED a question! I took him for a dumbo... I guess he's not. I got it wrong. SNIFFLE. Then... I realized how much crap I still have to do for MT, craved carbs (I'm on Atkins!), drove less-than-well, got Patty Saracco pissed off at me and... yep. That's not all but it's getting hazy up in here.
Well, I think this is where I'm gonna have to leave you guys. I'll blog sooner than later! Wish me many a broken leg!
